Top Fundraising Executive develops and directs an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Leads donor stewardship and relations to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Top Fundraising Executive researches and identifies potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Top Fundraising Executive uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Fundraising Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Purpose
The Fundraising Development Officer oversees the fundraising program of the Diocese of Fairbanks. This includes the planning and implementation of a strategic plan for the giving program, analyzing data, and fostering relationships between benefactors and the Diocese of Fairbanks. The Fundraising Development Officer performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fairbanks.
This is a full-time exempt position with excellent benefits including: health, dental, and vision insurance; 403(b) retirement plan with company match; three weeks starting PTO; and eleven paid holidays. Salary DOE.
