Top Fundraising Executive develops and directs an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Leads donor stewardship and relations to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Top Fundraising Executive researches and identifies potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Top Fundraising Executive uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Seeking to fill an opening for a deckhand position on a 110 foot offshore utility boat.
This is a liveaboard position. 28 days on, 14 days off. Deckhands stay on the boat for the entire 28 days. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET OFF THE BOAT UNTIL THE 28 DAY HITCH IS COMPLETE. Deckhands work a 12 hour shift for 28 days straight. Usually midnight to noon or noon to midnight. The work does not stop if you get seasick, homesick, or lazy.
Must be able to pass a pre employment drug test and random drug testing during employment. This is an alcohol and drug free workplace and that is strictly enforced.
Must have a valid US drivers license. Must have reliable transportation to and from the offce for crew change. Must be able to show up on time and ready to work 28 days when notified of crew change time and location.
Duties generally include, but are not limited to: daily sanitation of the boat, sweep mop and clean bathrooms, tying and untying the boat, rigging cargo, chipping rust and painting, light cooking (no need to be a five star chef).
Offshore experience and TWIC card highly preferred but not required. Good attitude, willingness to learn, work hard and get dirty are required.
