    Understanding the Role       
    The firm is seeking a self-motivated, talented, detail-oriented versatile administrative professional to work in our downtown Washington, DC office. The ability to implement work in a timely way, manage multiple tasks, and interact with multiple executives, clients, and colleagues is essential. As a member of the DC team, the successful candidate will assist CCS Mid- and South-Atlantic executives with business operations and projects as outlined below. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and professional development in a mission-driven, growing company.   
       
    Consideration may be given to remote work, if desired.   
       
    Responsibilities Include:   
       
    Provide administrative support for three team executives:   
    • Manage calendars
    • Schedule meetings and virtual meetings
    • Schedule travel arrangements
    • Prepare and submit expenses
    • Prepare and mail correspondence
    • Time entry for each executive in NetSuite
    • General administrative tasks as required, including copying, faxing, scanning, binding, errands, filing and any other general office tasks
    • Assist with database maintenance
    • Create basic proposals, reports, and other documents in Word, Excel and other formats as needed
    • Edit and update PowerPoint presentations as needed
    • Format, edit and enhance documents for client presentations as needed
    • Proofread documents as needed
    • Perform General Office Responsibilities:
    • Answer phones
    • Order, sort, and maintain office supplies
    • Liaise with building management
    • Coordinate all in-office meetings (audio/video, food, timing, etc.)
       
    Qualifications include:   
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Multi-tasking ingenuity with strong attention to detail
    • Superior written and oral communication skills
    • Advanced graphics and formatting experience
    • Advanced Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (all are required)
    • Deadline-oriented
    • Professional, efficient, friendly phone manner and face-to-face interactions
    • A sense of team
    • Ability to self-direct, be proactive, and take initiative
    • Experience with NetSuite and/or Navan a plus
    • Previous administrative experience in office setting
