The role of a QuickChek Gas Department Manager is to ensure customers a great experience when making fuel purchases. This is achieved by leading, developing and training Gas Team Members and setting the pace to deliver Total Customer Dedication. Responsibilities

• Achieve customer service standards
• Maintain staff level
• Achieve cash control standards
• Knows competition is aware of pricing.
• Ensures gas team members are 100% trained
• Recognizes team members for positive results
• Coaches team members when needed
• Ensures exterior grounds and department meets company standards
• Ensures all equipment is working safely and properly
• Provides continuous personal growth and development opportunities for self and team members

Qualifications

• 1 Years fuel management experience
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong basic math skills
• Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather
• Timely arrival & excellent attendance record
