About us
Copper Top Coffee & Donuts is a small business in San Diego, CA. We are professional, agile and creative.
Our work environment includes:
Hi from Copper Top Coffee & Donuts!
We have officially opened our second location after being in Hillcrest for 5 years. We have moved to Pacific Beach and couldn't have found a better spot to serve our specialty donuts. What makes us unique is the fact that we make donuts from scratch and to order. So all our donuts are served hot and fresh every time. We opened our cute cafe in December, a block from the beach.
Being a small family run business, we are looking for an experienced restaurant/cafe manager with minimum 2 years experience. You will be trained by the owner who is extremely passionate about what we're doing here. The hope is to open 4 locations around San Diego in the next few years, and we are looking for someone who can help us get there.
Friendly personalities are a must, as we love what we do, and it shows in our reviews. With your past experience, you should be very proficient at inventory, hiring, training, culture building, ordering, scheduling, marketing, running shifts and maintaining owners standards.
This is a very hands-on job. Please don't assume you'll be working from an office. This demands someone with a high motor and who is willing to help create something very cool in this town. The owner is also doing everything at the moment, and simply needs to create a position for someone who can learn alongside. We have a ton of fun things we're currently working towards, but need help getting there.
Who you are:
Friendly and outgoing. You've worked in a similar work environment knowing the rigors of restaurant work. You have a passion to help a small business grow to something big and well known in San Diego. You have a calm disposition, and love what you do. Training is a passion of yours, as everything from our coffee, to our fresh donuts need to be made with great love and care. And you love working for a small business, where everyone is like family.
We look forward to meeting you!
Email to this post directly and then we will setup a meeting in person. Don't drop off resume's at the shop.
Cheers,
Copper Top
