As an Entry Level Account Executive at Apex Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by assisting in the development and execution of fundraising events for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and attendee engagement.
• Collaborate with senior account executives and clients to understand their fundraising objectives and develop event strategies that align with their goals.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential sponsors, donors, and partners for events.
• Assist in creating event marketing materials, including invitations, promotional materials, and social media content.
• Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and attendee assistance.
• Track and report on event metrics, including attendance, fundraising goals, and ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, donors, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event fundraising.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and strategies for enhancing event effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Complete administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support the overall success of fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software is a plus.
• Passion for philanthropy and making a positive impact in the community.
• Previous experience in event planning, fundraising, or customer service is desirable but not required.
