```Duties```

- Lead and instruct CrossFit classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout environment
- Develop and implement personalized training programs for clients based on their fitness goals and abilities
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises, providing guidance and corrections as needed
- Educate clients on the principles of CrossFit, including nutrition, mobility, and recovery strategies
- Create a positive and motivating atmosphere to encourage clients to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals
- Modify workouts to accommodate individuals with different fitness levels or limitations
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained

```Experience```

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a certified CrossFit coach or personal trainer
- Strong knowledge of CrossFit methodology, movements, and programming
- Experience in other fitness disciplines such as yoga, kickboxing, Pilates, or cycling is a plus
- Ability to educate and motivate individuals of all fitness levels
- Knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology to ensure safe and effective training
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and communicate with clients
- Experience in fitness sales or customer service is beneficial
