This position is intended to introduce the intern to the government affairs and advocacy arena at the local, state and federal level while providing support and assistance to the Allegheny Conference Growth Team. While every effort will be made to tailor each internship to the student’s interests, in general the intern will be expected to provide assistance where requested in the areas of legislative, policy, communications and administrative duties. All interns will report to the Senior Director, Government Affairs, but will work collaboratively with, and at the request of, other staff. |
