Collaborates with industry groups and organizations with complementary objectives to achieve objectives. Additionally, Top Government Affairs Executive (Federal Level) creates communication vehicles and delivers messaging to inform and support business leaders. Requires a bachelor's degree in public policy, public administration, business or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Top Government Affairs Executive (Federal Level) manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     The Executive Housekeeper Manager is responsible for overseeing the upkeep and overall aesthetic appeal of the assigned Hotel Building. This role provides supervision and direction for all housekeeping activities of the hotel to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained. In addition, the Executive Housekeeper Manager creates and manages the housekeeping budget and quality controls on supplies, linens, and labor.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for maintaining a pristine level of cleanliness throughout suites and property.
    • Maintain and provides an efficient budget and quality control on supplies, linens, and labor
    • Monitors preventative maintenance requests and works closely with the maintenance department to ensure the highest condition level in all suites.
    • Creates and maintains a highly motivated and customer-orientated team that exceeds the level of customer service set out.
    • Manages, maintains, and controls housekeeping labor costs.
    • Maintains a high level of communication with the General Manager and Operations Team
    • Inspects guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned to ensure quality standards
    • Runs room reports, verifies room status, determines discrepant rooms, prioritizes room cleaning, and updates status of departing guest rooms.
    • Ensures all rooms are available for sale and all deficiencies are amended. Monitors out of order rooms to ensure issues are quickly and efficiently remedied.
    • Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
    • Manages and monitors all guest request to ensure they are met and document and resolves issues with discrepant rooms with Guest Services.
    • Oversees and manages properly track lost and found.
    • Responsible for the strategic planning of the housekeeping department
    • Manages, hires, trains, schedules, motivates, coaches and performance manage housekeeping employees
    • Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, complete safety training and certifications.
    • Ensures employees follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
    • Attends operations, staff, and resume meetings to ensure the proper communication levels between departments.
    • Performs other duties as required

     

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

    • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
    • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Basic reading skills
    • Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task
    • Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures
    • Ability to speak Vietnamese considered an asset
