Collaborates with industry groups and organizations with complementary objectives to achieve objectives. Requires a bachelor's degree in public policy, public administration, business or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. Responsibilities - Service Advisors:- Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions and more.
- Schedule appointments for auto repair/maintenance/recall work
- Write up customer's vehicle concerns accurately
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, ensure customers are satisfied
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications - Service Advisors:- Auto Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required!
- EXCELLENT customer service and sales skills. Takes initiative!
- Good organization and follow up skills
- A positive attitude and good communication skills
