Through maximizing student success, the College seeks to contribute to the economic growth and development of York, Lancaster, and Chester counties and of the State. 

    The Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management provides visionary leadership to a comprehensive portfolio of services to support the success of multi-faceted communities of students from recruitment to credential completion. The Vice President works collaboratively with the divisions of Academic Affairs, Business Services, and Communications and External Relations to meet college student success and enrollment goals outlined in the college’s Strategic Direction and Student Success Plan.

    The Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management performs the following functions:

    Student Affairs: Shapes an engaging student experience by directing a range of student-centered support services and leadership development initiatives. Collaborates with academic leadership to ensure integration of curricular and co-curricular support services, enhancing student retention and persistence.  Serves as a member of the Crisis Management Team and is responsible for student outreach, follow up and support surrounding student-related crises.  With a focus on fostering institutional pride and responding to student needs, directs program development for student engagement and retention and champions data-driven approaches to continuously improve the student experience.  
     
    Enrollment Management: As York Technical College’s Chief Enrollment Officer, focuses on developing and executing a strategic vision to support multi-faceted student communities from recruitment to credential completion. With accountability for developing enrollment goals and upholding measures for student success, directs and harmonizes enrollment initiatives across Admissions, Financial Aid, and Educational Partnerships. Produces, executes, and measures methods for seamless student progression, ensures broad community access, and cultivates strong relationships with external partners while maintaining five-star customer service standards.  Represents the College in the community and partners with the community, school districts, and other entities in support of College objectives.
     
    Strategic Direction for Service Excellence: Provides executive oversight to college-wide initiatives, leading projects to enhance enrollment, student success, and service excellence. Drives continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.  
     
    Collegewide Leadership Serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Crisis Management Team, The Council for Academic and Student Affairs (CASA), on other committees and activities.
     
    Performs other duties as assigned by the President.

    A master’s degree in education, higher education administration, business administration, or a related discipline.  At least seven years of progressively responsible work experience in higher education administration, with a focus on enrollment management, admissions, and student affairs.
    Earned Doctoral degree.This vacancy has been posted continuously until filled.  The initial referral of eligible applications will be April 15, 2024, with subsequent referrals every other Monday until filled.
