Top Graduate Medical Education Executive oversees the administration of the organization's graduate medical education (GME) programs. Ensures compliance with the ACGME and ensures that residents' work meets all requirements. Being a Top Graduate Medical Education Executive monitors resident assignments and scheduling. Individuals in this position may serve as the Designated Institutional Official (DIO) for the ACGME. Additionally, Top Graduate Medical Education Executive requires an advanced degree. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. Registered Nurse - New Graduate
Department: RN New Graduates Location: Lake Charles, LAThe Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care for patients within an assigned unit of a hospital, in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. They are responsible for total nursing care for all patients assigned to him/her by the Nurse Manager and/or Charge Nurse.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of approved School of Nursing
- Experience: As required by department/unit
- Technical Skills: As required by department/unit
- License/Certification: Current Louisiana Registered Nurse license or Multi-state Compact License.
