Join Our Team

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven full-time sales representative to be responsible for daily sales activities, including prospecting, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Inside Sales experience in the Medical Equipment industry are required.

This position is based in Tustin, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion.

Responsibilities

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Reach out to customer leads.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes on schedule.

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Continuously improve through feedback.

Experience/Education

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy
• Proven experience in Medical Equipment Sales

Familiarity CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Highly motivated and target driven

Prioritizing, time management, and Organizational skills

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Compensation

Salary plus commission structure (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
