Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team. As the Corporate Controller, you will play a vital role within the finance team. Responsibilities of the Financial Controller will encompass overseeing accounting records, ensuring adherence to both IFRS and US-GAAP standards, supervising the accounts payable procedure, crafting financial statements, scrutinizing financial data, overseeing expenditure, orchestrating audit procedures, verifying the precision of financial data, and providing support for the decision-making endeavors of regional management

Duties:
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Manage the general ledger accounting process, including account reconciliations and month-end close activities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations
- Oversee accounts receivable function, including credit management and collections
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to optimize liquidity
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- GAAP and IFRS experience is a must-have
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and double-entry bookkeeping
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
