Top Graduate Medical Education Executive oversees the administration of the organization's graduate medical education (GME) programs. Ensures compliance with the ACGME and ensures that residents' work meets all requirements. Being a Top Graduate Medical Education Executive monitors resident assignments and scheduling. Individuals in this position may serve as the Designated Institutional Official (DIO) for the ACGME. Additionally, Top Graduate Medical Education Executive requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Graduate Medical Education Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. - Teach in the Medical Assisting classroom with a maximum of 24 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
- Class sessions are 4.5 hours in either day or evening sessions.
- You learn the material and deliver lectures and demonstrations, working from the Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
- This is a part-time on campus position

Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in the medical field and formal training from an accredited institution. Must be able to obtain a national certification as medical assistant. Individuals without a formal education, must have with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the medical field and a national certification. Additional requirements or exceptions may be applicable based on the state, program, and accreditation requirements. No prior teaching experience required.
