As the Executive Director of Ashley Gardens of Mount Vernon, you’re the leader of the community and it’s your responsibility to manage all marketing, business, and financial functions. You’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing a business plan that is designed to achieve financial goals and maintain occupancy targets and ensures that all staff members are aligned with the company’s mission, vision and values.
