The Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst will be responsible for the management support and optimization of the HRIS and all other systems utilized by the HR Department. This role involves analyzing HR processes and data, implementing system improvements, ensuring data integrity, training managers and employees, responding to systems support requests and ensuring data integrity to support strategic HR decisions and operations. The incumbent will contribute to a variety of HR organizational project initiatives and Human Resources reporting as needed. This includes compensation and reporting for ACA and OSHA, as well as other reporting needs.
