Responsibilities:
-Conduct all the new hire onboarding and exit interviews.
-Schedule meetings, maintain employee files and update HR documents.
-Conduct background and driving record checks on new hires.
-Maintain secure and accurate records of staff related data such as payroll, turnover rates, and
leaves in the database to ensure all employment requirements were met.
-Support the recruitment process via sourcing candidates, checking references and issuing
employment contracts.
-Maintain company wide compliance with employment laws and regulations by actively
participating in conducting regular audits and reviewing policies and procedures.
-Negotiating with vendors and administrators for best health insurance plans, options
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the transportation industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations

- Proficient in HRIS systems
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms
