Responsibilities:

• Responsible for office human resource function and has experience in HR.
• Responsible for company payroll entries.
• Be able to use computer software for ADP systems.
• Be able to perform shipping & receiving functions as required.
• Responsible for scheduling meetings, events, and appointments
• Responsible for receiving guests, visitors, and incoming calls.
• Responsible for general office activities
• Perform to contact APT outsource companies to negotiate finance issues and concerns.
• Perform additional duties as required by the company.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of related Experience.
• HS diploma / GED (College Graduate preferred)
• Computer skills to include: (Proficiency in windows, familiarity with AS400 A )
• Office management skills
• Accounting skills
• Additional work-related skills will be trained as needed.

• Participate in TS/ISO registration, certification, continued compliance.
• Follow and promote company safety policies.
