    • Enter data accurately and utilize report features of the HRIS system.
    • Manage training reporting and update of various management reports.
    • Conduct on/off-boarding actions with staff, ensuring timely updates in HRIS.
    • Engage with staff both in-person and virtually, responding to questions and issues.
    • Collaborate with management to implement pay/status changes and spot awards on an as-needed basis.
    • Support various data collection efforts to support routine and ad hoc employment audits.
