Top Human Resources Executive plans and directs all aspects of an organization's human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives. Implements an end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. Being a Top Human Resources Executive partners with leadership across the organization to provide human resources programs aligned with the organization's operational objectives, mission, and values. Builds and develops the teams and technology resources to facilitate regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, transaction processing, and analysis of workforce metrics. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Executive Director of Human Resources will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a degree with a major pertinent to the position requirements. Minimum of five years of human resources experience, leadership experience required. Experience in the education sector is a plus.
Certificate, Licenses/Registrations: Professional Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, CP or SCP) preferred.
Clearances: Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance
