Position Summary
Memorial Medical Center is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant that supports the efficiency of the HR Department by assisting with HR functions. This position will provide a variety of administrative duties, assists Team Members with basic requests, and provide positive and helpful customer service for the department. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing all front office duties, greeting and assisting customers, answering and directing incoming calls, filing, maintaining accuracy of electronic personnel files, processing and follow-up on ServiceNow tickets for employee transfers, assisting in processing travelers, new hires, medical associates and contractors onboarding documents, and creating employee and student badges.
