Top Human Resources Executive plans and directs all aspects of an organization's human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives. Implements an end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. Being a Top Human Resources Executive partners with leadership across the organization to provide human resources programs aligned with the organization's operational objectives, mission, and values. Builds and develops the teams and technology resources to facilitate regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, transaction processing, and analysis of workforce metrics. Additionally, Top Human Resources Executive identifies and explores trends in human resources to enhance the employee experience, meet evolving organizational needs and create innovative programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Human Resources Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.     Pay: $15.50 per hour

    Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

    Essential tasks:

    • Assists in the staffing of temporary personnel through approved agencies. Conducts orientation and building tour.
    • Reviews temporary's ongoing progress/evaluations and determines if employment should continue and then recommends them for full-time employment once temporary contract is completed.
    • Maintains the temporary personnel database.
    • Processes weekly temporary timesheets and staffing agency invoices.
    • Processes employment applications including background investigations.
    • Coordinates uniform fittings, alterations, and returns between employees and the vendor.
    • Coordinates company travel arrangements and the maintenance/up-keep of company vehicles.
    • Assists with scheduling and documentation of various meetings.
    • Distributes employee communication on a timely basis (birthday cards, Christmas cards, etc.).
    • Updates HR bulletin board calendars and information.
    • Assists with tracking of accident/incident investigation reports and countermeasure confirmations.
    • Leads safety awareness training.

    Qualified candidates will have one year of HR experience, good communication, computer skills, and professionalism.
