We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) individual to join our team at Pinnacle In-Home Care. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who demonstrates strong organization and communication skills. This person will assist with interviews and hiring, administering pay, and enforcing company policies and procedures. This position entails establishing a positive office culture where employees want to work, promoting office initiatives, and maintaining good communication with caregivers.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

• Greet/assist all individuals as they enter the door
• Keep office in order
• Check email daily
• Assist office staff with tasks as delegated
• Answer phones and handle or direct calls to others as needed
• Participates in weekly staff meetings
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses, LPN's, and CNA's
• Accept and process applications and extend offers to qualified individuals
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications
• Coordinate and facilitate orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, training records, and certifications
• Maintain regular communication with caregivers
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and employment laws

Skills

• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
