    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Reynolds Construction Company and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong interpersonal skills, and is passionate about employee relations and HR processes.

    Responsibilities:

    - Conduct HR sourcing activities to attract qualified candidates

    - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews

    - Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes

    - Assist in employee evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance management

    - Handle employee relations matters, including conflict management and resolution

    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

    - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

    - Provide support in data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting

    Requirements:

    - Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role

    - In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices

    - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
