- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
- Support the HR team in implementing and administering various HR programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational design and succession planning efforts.
```Experience```
- 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or similar position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
