The Director works directly with our executive team, divisional business leaders, and the HR team to develop and execute our HR strategic initiatives that drive the engagement of our employees and sustain our high performing organization and culture.
The Director operates as a working manager who provides the right balance of strategic business partnership and tactical, day-to-day execution in their support to multiple business groups. Strategically, the HR Director works with business leaders to ensure business units are operating effectively, leveraging talent appropriately, and sustaining a positive culture and work environment in achieving business objectives. At a tactical level, the HR Director provides immediate response and support to the business on HR issues, such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, etc. and works both promptly and thoughtfully to resolve these issues. Additionally, the HR Director will support global, enterprise-wide initiatives and processes related to policy development, mergers and acquisitions, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, talent management and employee services, all of which must be done in the context of enabling business success.

Salary range: $100k-200k total annual compensation. This salary range represents the low and high end for this position. The salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of LRS total compensation package for employees.
