- Bed preparation, planting, mulching, and landscape/hardscape installation.
- Operation of small engine equipment including chainsaws, pole saws, and rototillers.
- Communicate daily with the Manager regarding daily schedule and progress.
- Attention to detail and safety.
Requirements:- Be able/willing to work outside, occasionally in less than ideal weather conditions. (Rain, Cold, or extreme heat).
- Be able to do labor-intensive and repetitive tasks throughout an entire work shift. (repeated kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting).
- Have some knowledge of landscape and hardscape, and a willingness to learn.
- Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form.
- Be able to interact professionally with managers, coworkers, and customers.
- Be able to work both independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
Benefits:- $15/hr Starting Wage, based on experience.
