What you'll do:

• Become a specialist in solar system installation.
• Meticulously install roofing and/or solar systems.
• Service residential homes and perform maintenance repairs.
• Perform routine inspections to address any issues or potential problems with installed panels.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Ensure a positive experience for every homeowner.

What you'll need:

• Experience or willingness to learn in residential roofing and/or solar installation.
• Ability to perform under timelines while maintaining work quality
• A resourceful, strong work ethic with a teamwork approach
• The initiative to find solutions to problems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $20 - $27 per hour depending on experience.

*There will be some overnight travel every month*

Full benefits, medical, dental, and vision after 60 days of the start date, company pays for 75% of employees portion.
