Position Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader within our Maintenance Division who will be responsible for managing 2 to 3 employees and the landscape maintenance upkeep of multiple sites. The position will report directly to the Production Manager and is a non-exempt position that will manage multiple responsibilities and tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple services including landscape maintenance production, spray operations, fertilization, tree care, and minor irrigation
- Ensuring that all crew members, including themselves, follow safety policies and procedures
- Understanding clients’ needs and expectations
- Must have strong communication skills
- Coordinating with management, customers, and employees
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing gardeners providing commercial or HOA landscaping or related services
- Clean driving record and valid license
- English fluency is required, and Spanish is a plus
