Marketing Associate Essential Functions:
- Develop integrated sales and marketing plans and budgets for EMT and ROTOCONTROL products and services.
- Develop high impact, content marketing program and assets including marketing and sales literature, press releases, display/print ads, brochures, digital campaigns and assets, email campaigns, etc.
- Represent the Marketing team in the implementation of a new CRM system and develop CRM & ABM strategy for business growth.
- Market to a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (white papers, case studies, webcasts) and delivery mechanisms (emails, call downs, and direct mail)
- Project management of event-based marketing including international trade shows, customer demos and events, sales meeting, community relations, and partner management
- Assist in development and management of marketing budget.
- Monitor competition marketing and positioning and summarize results of competitive intelligence on a quarterly basis.
- Support sales and technical teams on high impact presentations and business development to stimulate sales growth.
- Coordinate partnered OEM marketing campaigns with major OEM partners.
- Produce/coordinate marketing videos and photos for new and major products.
- Lead technical production of virtual live product demonstrations.
Digital Marketing
- Supervise the design, development, and maintenance of company websites.
- Maintain and routinely update content on web site(s)
- Develop a social media strategy and maintain social media presence.
- Implement a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) program to maximize ROI on marketing spend.
- Develop dashboard of digital and traditional marketing programs and provide action-oriented program updates to company management.
Marketing Associate Qualifications:
- Prior experience in capital equipment, finishing and/or inkjet printing a plus.
- B.A. in Business / Marketing or equivalent
- Marketing and sales/business development experience preferred.
- Internet marketing and social media experience
- Website design, development, and maintenance experience
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to make presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Works well in teams

- Excellent verbal presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to interface with various business sectors.
- Marketing automation (Constant contact, HubSpot, Marketo, MailChimp, etc.)
