Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) marketing automation platform, ensuring all tools are integrated into the system properly.
• Review marketing processes to find areas where technology can improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Analyze data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
• Analyze customer behavior and product / service demand to align strategy with current trends.
• Identify, plan and implement lead generating / lead nurturing opportunities.
• Manage email marketing campaigns.
• Manage SEO / website optimization.
• Manage Google Ads and Analytics platforms.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and recommend strategies for improvements.
• Stay up to date on marketing automation tools, AI technology, communication platforms and other technologies.
• Work with other teams and stakeholders to communicate technology standards.
• Assist with other Marketing activities as requested such as tradeshow / event planning, graphic design, writing, photography, sales presentations, employee newsletters, etc.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, WordPress (or similar CMS) and other social / digital platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work independently and think strategically
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software (preferably Salesforce)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Photography and video editing skills a plus
• Ability to travel as required to support trade shows or other events

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
