Hill International Trucks, the tri-state areas leading medium- and heavy-duty truck and trailer dealership, is currently seeking an executive administrative assistant for its East Liverpool, OH location. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality in addition to excellent time management skills. Our executive administrative assistant is responsible for:

• Creating daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly business reports.
• Organizing corporate events such as annual picnics and holiday parties.
• Assisting with the planning of quarterly meetings.
• Acting as the liaison and gate keeper to the executive team.
• Accurately recording meeting minutes.
• Making travel arrangements for executives and management as requested.
• Performing office duties such as ordering supplies and managing a records database.
• Maintaining company vehicle records including service records, mileage, fuel charges, tolls and renewals as needed.
• Assisting with the application and renewal of all salesperson licenses.
• Maintaining dealerships' licenses as needed.
• Registering new fleet vehicles at the BMV and renewing existing registrations.
• Managing all partners' birthdays, employment anniversaries and current contact lists for all locations.
• Overseeing employee recognition activities such as birthdays, employment anniversaries and partner of the month/year awards.
• Overseeing and organizing appreciation events for partners and customers throughout the year as needed.
• Professional letter writing skills preferred for executive communication with internal partners and customers alike.
• Managing the monthly company newsletter.
• Other administrative duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
• In-depth understanding of entire Microsoft Office suite.
• High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to prioritize daily workload.
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

SCHEDULE:

• M-F, 8am-5pm.
