```Duties```
- Coordinate and schedule shipments of products to customers, and provide inventory control through allocating inventory.
- Ensure accuracy of shipping documentation, including BOL's and packing lists
- Communicate with carriers to arrange pick-up and delivery schedules
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed
- Resolve any issues or delays in shipping processes
- Maintain inventory levels and monitor stock levels for reordering
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

- Previous experience in materials handling or supply chain management preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

The employee will be working in an office environment most of the time but will need to make occasional trips to warehouse to verify inventory or interact with Warehouse staff.
You will report to the Operations Manager and work Closely with the Warehouse Foreman.
