Position Summary
Under the general supervision of the Facility Services Administrative Assistant Director, this position is responsible for campus Central Stores, Warehousing and Receiving operation, and assists Facility Services and other areas on campus in obtaining materials and supplies from on-campus stock. The position is responsible for the maintenance of the warehouses, involving the storage and distribution of goods and the delivery of such goods, along with using a Computerized Maintenance Management System. Maintain adequate inventory levels, order and receive supplies, return damaged goods and receive credit. Monitors all cycle count programs and ensures consistency and accuracy in programs, and identifies all operational problems in inventory. Oversees other employees in the Central Stores/Mailroom/Receiving area.
