Below are our preferred requirements, as well as the responsibilities and duties you will perform as one of our Inventory Control Associates. We are looking to fill two 1st shift positions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability to work (7am - 3:15pm) 1st shift.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent visual perception to ensure fine detail quality inspection.
• Full physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, reach, bend and maneuver around equipment and job stations.
• High level of competence with other office computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Infor.
• Ability to simultaneously schedule and coordinate multiple tasks according to priority.
• At least 1 year of experience in a position that included material and inventory control, and shipping and receiving of materials and supplies in an industrial setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving, documenting, and monitoring all aspects of sales orders and inventory control.
• Sales orders, lot outs and finished goods put away are accomplished in a timely and economically manner.
• Representation of the company with external contacts including customer relations and vendor relations.
• Adequate control, protection, and use of the assets of the company.
• On-going communication with Assembly Supervisor to prepare for orders that will be completed and ready to ship or put away in inventory cage.
• Using a saw cutting machine cutting bar-stock.

DUTIES:

• On-going communication with the Material Manager, Assembly Supervisor, Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, Quality Assurance, and Production Supervisors to ensure common understanding of immediate issues affecting throughout and the schedule.
• Control certain materials, supplies, inventory items, and services.
• Daily review of sales report.
• All daily sales orders are brought down to shipping.
• Accurate inventory counts.
• Perform shipping and receiving operations if needed.
• Any other duties requested by the Plant Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
