Top Inventory Control Executive oversees, plans, and directs all aspects of inventory management policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops standards, metrics, and procedures that maximize inventory management efficiency. Being an Top Inventory Control Executive leads inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, and control operations. Develops and implements inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, auditing, and reporting. Additionally, Top Inventory Control Executive collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives to optimize inventory capabilities and develop best inventory management practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Inventory Control Executive manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Top Inventory Control Executive typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Essential Responsibilities:
· Monitoring raw material usage for accuracy
· Managing Cycle Count procedure and schedule
· Assist in site physical inventories
· Reconcile third party warehousing to ensure accuracy of inventory
· Assist with compliance to warehouse policies and procedures
· Production usage reconciliations
· Inbound Receiving into inventory system
· Process work orders
· Monitor quarantine and slow-moving product inventories
· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
· Minimum work experience of 2 - 4 years full time in a production environment
