Responsibilities:
Errand Management:
· Handle various personal errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and mailing packages.
· Coordinate professional errands including scheduling appointments, managing deliveries, and organizing travel arrangements.
Calendar Management:
· Maintain and update personal and professional calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required.
· Remind the employer of upcoming commitments and deadlines.
Communication:
· Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, responding promptly or redirecting as necessary.
· Act as a liaison between the employer and external parties, ensuring effective communication.
Administrative Support:
· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing files, and maintaining records.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Household Management:
· Oversee household tasks such as coordinating maintenance services, managing household supplies, and organizing spaces.
· Assist with meal planning and coordinating meal deliveries or catering when required.
Personal Assistance:
· Provide support with personal tasks including managing personal appointments, arranging personal travel, and handling personal correspondence.
· Assist with personal projects and initiatives as directed by the employer.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
· Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evening or weekend tasks.
