Description

Maintaining customer inventory stored at IVSS. This will include documenting all inventory received and placing it in their designated area. These duties will be both behind a computer, pulling customer spec sheets, logging customer valves & in the shop documenting, performing inventory, and pulling Customer valves stored at IVSS.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

· Documenting all inventory received and placing it in their designated area

· Maintaining customer inventory and records. This will include performing a yearly inventory including pictures

· Reading and reviewing test reports and specification sheets and customer forms for accuracy upon job completion (Training will be provided)

· Ensuring that all Quality Procedures and Customer Requirements are followed

Entering test reports into NetSuite/Oracle if needed

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Strong leadership qualities

· Must have a great work ethic & overall attitude

· Work well with others and take constructive criticism

· 1-3 years’ minimum industry experience “preferred”

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Must be able to operate a Forklift, and Order Picker

· Strong interpersonal, communication, technical, and presentation skills

· Must be able to work in multiple computer programs (Excel, Word, Oracle/NetSuite)

· Available to work overtime & weekends, if ever needed

· Ability to understand & follow IVSS Procedures.
