Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Shoreline Landing Apartments located at 959 Flette St, Norton Shores, MI 49441. This property is beautiful please see for yourself below!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 6 weeks to give you a great work life balance!
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

• Up to $22.00 hour
• Yearly raises up to 5%
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
• On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
• $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

What we are looking for:

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Maintaining property grounds
• Preventative maintenance
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

Qualifications:

• 1 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent (we can train you!)
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Knowledge of plumbing, sweeting copper pipe
• Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
