    What You Will Do:

    • Work closely with Portfolio Manager and other Profit Center/Product Group/Support Center colleagues to help build trusted and loyal client relationships.
    • Support portfolio managers to review and help maintain market investment accounts, including assisting in IPS adherence, trade inputs, client money movement requests, asset reviews, and preparing for quarterly reviews.
    • Partner with portfolio managers to provide effective and timely responses to client investment inquiries or requests. Ensures client satisfaction through contact, maintenance of the relationship, and identifying other potential bank products to help solve client needs.
    • Serve as additional point of contact for clients and as a backup for portfolio managers. Helps deliver client service standards by segment as appropriate.
    • Provide and/or respond pro-actively to enterprise-wide requests regarding portfolios and related benchmarks (e.g., performance, attribution, portfolio composition, etc.)
    • Interact with Operations on all account maintenance activities and completing new client onboarding.
    • Provide sales support for new opportunities as appropriate, including preparing RFP's, sales presentations and compiling other materials as necessary.
    • Support investment product strategies and initiatives as appropriate.

    What You Bring:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Excel in organization and time management skills
    • Detail-oriented
    • Experience with CRM preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work with urgency in responding to client requests, to develop personal rapport with clients and to treat clients in a courteous and respectful manner
    • Ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts
