Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to identify and engage prospective clients, leveraging your experience as a business broker and cultivating new relationships within the business community.
• Utilize your comprehensive understanding of the deal process to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Lead the end-to-end management of M&A transactions, drawing on your experience running deals from start to finish, including deal sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop compelling pitch materials, conduct thorough due diligence, and structure deals that align with clients' objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and expert advice to support their decision-making process and achieve their financial goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to proactively identify new business prospects and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in investment banking or related fields, with a proven track record of success in client acquisition and deal execution.
• Experience as a business broker, with a strong understanding of the business sales process and proven ability to facilitate successful transactions.
• Proficiency in evaluation methods and financial analysis techniques, with the ability to identify value drivers and potential risks.
• Possession or be willing to pass SIE test within the first year.
• Demonstrated experience in independently managing M&A transactions from inception to completion, including deal sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• Real estate and/or insurance license preferred.
