Our client, a boutique healthcare investment company in Stamford, CT is looking to hire an Investment Coordinator to support 2 investment professionals. In this position, the candidate must be detail oriented and able to prioritize well as this team is extremely busy. The successful candidate should have at least 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within financial services. This is a growing firm and the candidate must have also have a team-player mentality and excellent interpersonal skills. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Cover phones and prioritize calls
- Schedule meetings and conference calls and rearrange any conflicts
- Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, car services and dinner reservations. Process Visas and update passports as needed
- Manage heavy calendars
- Process expenses reports and travel reimbursements
- Handle minor personal work as requested
- Interact with brokers and sell-side analysts
- Produce quarterly earnings reports and announcements
- Schedule and arrange for conferences and send materials needed prior to conference
- Assist with research and projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Finance experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Poised and polished demeanor
- Close attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of the finance/business world
SALARY
$85-100K base
HOURS
9am-6pm with flexibility
4 days/week in office
