Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent and efficient Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring the seamless operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software to record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and analyses to aid in decision-making processes.
• Assist with payroll processing, including timekeeping, employee benefits administration, and tax filings.
• Manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and facilitate timely payments.
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
• Support office administration duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
• Make travel arrangements, bank deposits and order supplies.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or administrative assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
