    Compensation/perks for our mover / helper position:

    • $20.00-$22.00 an hour starting wage for the mover / helper position depending on experience plus tips. Also, additional pay for good reviews, moving oversized items, drive time pay, same-day move pay plus more.
    • We give regular raises as part of our ranking system which is designed to encourage growth and as our movers learn more they get paid more. We also give annual cost of living wages.
    • Mileage reimbursement is at .45 cents a mile to and from every job so you are never paying to get to or from work. With gas prices the way they are these days this helps out a lot since it'll cover all of your gas to get to and from jobs.
    • Tips are very common for our movers. They range typically from $20-$40 per move but $100 tips are not uncommon.

    We are a moving labor company who has been in business since 2013 and we are currently in a growth phase. We provide the muscle for moves. We are movers without trucks. Our clients rent their own trucks when needed.     Description of Duties for our mover / helper position:

    • Heavy lifting
    • Loading and unloading rental trucks, PODs, trailers, and containers.
    • Dis-assembly and re-assembly of furniture items
    • Creating happy clients through hard work and great customer service
    • Working within a team atmosphere with other crew members on the job

    Skills and Requirements for our mover / helper position:

    • Valid Driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and proof of vehicle insurance
    • Able to lift a 100lbs
    • Having 2-3 references available upon request is required.
    • Previous hard labor experience required
