Big Bear Lawn Care is currently taking applications for Lawn Care Crew member. We are looking for someone who is responsible, dependable, a problem solver, and a self motavated.
Pay starts at $14-$16 per hour depending on experience, and work history. As a company we are more then willing to pay what employees are worth.
We have been in bussiness for 10 years, and are growing fast. We have air conditioning in our trucks, all of our equipment is well maintained to try to make your days go as smooth and stress free as possible. I am looking for someone knowlegeable, and hard working who wants not only a job but somewhere they can grow and have a future.
All applicants must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation to shop every morning, and on time. Must be responsible and have good personal hygiene. Some over-time (time and a half) and weekends are mandatory due to weather conditions.
Employees seeking year round work will be given the opportunity to do leaf cleanups, snow work, and perform odd jobs during the winter months.
Requirements:
- We prefer people with prior commercial experience
- Familiar with and know how to use all equipment including trimmers, edgers, stand on mowers, zero turns, and push mowers.
- 2 year experience preferred but not required. We will train the right individuals.
