Represents the organization in labor-management relations, including contract negotiations and arbitration cases. Being a Top Labor Relations Executive administers and interprets collective bargaining agreements, and establishes policies for reporting and addressing grievances. Requires a bachelor's degree. Shift: Part Time Only – 6:00am – 6:00pm or 6:00pm to 6:00am (Weekends Only)

The Hershey Company Robinson plant is a non-union plant producing products such as PayDay, Heath, Skor, Milk Duds, Whoppers, and Reese’s Pieces, in a high-speed complex environment. As a Production Associate, you will work in a variety of roles in processing and packaging within the plant.
Associates are responsible for maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and production and packaging requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing/food manufacturing environment including the following: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Foods (SQF).
