  • Job Description

    The Part-Time Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting all administrative/business processes and procedures in the Arlington, TX office. This individual must be able to interface with other parts of the organization on behalf of this office and the personnel.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development of proposals, project documents, and reports
    • Draft and refine statements of qualifications, proposals, staff resumes, past project sheets, client presentations; ensuring they adhere to corporate guidelines and formatting
    • Assist in the completion of electronic RFQ/RFP and other opportunities
    • Coordinate employee events
    • Handle incoming calls and communications in a pleasant and professional manner
    • Help engineers update paperwork and maintain documents
    • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
    • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
    • Perform other office duties as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • Authorized to work in the United States, without restrictions.
    • At least 18 years of age.
    • High School diploma graduate or equivalent.
    • Thorough knowledge with MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat Professional is required
    • Must have excellent and effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Must be able to pay close attention to detail
    • Must be able to work independently without supervision as well as within a team
    • Possess valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record
