    DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

    • Working on multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring all estimates are developed within project goals.
    • Ensuring projects are estimated according to approved plans, specifications, drawings and applicable building codes.
    • Preparing detailed construction Cost Estimates, Purchase Orders and Change Orders.
    • Assisting with the development of schedules to meet milestones and completion dates.
    • Prepare for and attend project meetings
    • Reading and using plans to gather information for project estimates.

    SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 3 years experience in construction estimating
    • Knowledge of residential construction
    • Ability to read and interpret residential plans
    • Experience in sales and communicating with clients
    • Excellent communication skills
    • No Smoking
    • Valid driver’s license

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
