We are a local signs and graphics printing company located in Linden NJ. We are looking to bring an experienced sign installer with a background of woodworking and some aluminum work.

Installer Job Description

Our Installer are responsible for the fabrication, printing, mounting and installation of vinyl banners, metal and plastic letters on walls, removing old vinyl from windows and walls. Installing new graphics, frosting, and other types of small signages.

Primary Responsibilities of the Installer

• Conduct on-site surveys to assess installation sites and determine any necessary sign modifications.
• Precisely mounting various types of signs, including vinyl banners and metal or plastic letters.
• Skillfully applying graphics to windows and walls.
• Maintaining an organized workflow for efficient fabrication and installation processes.
• Install signs according to industry standards and company guidelines.
• Work with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely installation of signs.
• Communicate with customers to schedule installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues that may arise during the installation process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Assist with the fabrication and assembly of signs as needed.

Qualification and expectation:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, anchoring and working with wood and metal.
• Knowledge of sign industry standards and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in sign installation.
• Knowledge of Hammer drill, blue screws, and using concrete anchors
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work at heights up to 50 feet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
